On April 1, 2022, EATS participated in the event “Forum Banca Oil & Gas” as an official sponsor, in Luanda – Angola.
About the event
After exceeding expectations and fulfilling its purpose in the 1st edition, which aimed to show the potential and opportunities for investment in the oil sector to Angolan Commercial Banking, given that in the next five years an investment volume of around $70 billion is expected, with Commercial Banking can play an important role in the management of this investment portfolio and, together, capitalize on the most competent local companies.
For the 2nd edition, the objective is to deepen the participation of banks and financial institutions in the oil sector, within a competitive and sustainable dynamic, allowing the exchange between the main executives and investors proposing projects linked to the oil sector, based on the facilitation of match making-efforts to diversify the chain of investors and partnerships in order to shape the perception of investment opportunities in the oil sector.
The event will be held on April 1, 2022, at the Intercontinental Miramar hotel, in Luanda, and hopes to bring together executives from the country’s main financial institutions and oil companies, including BNA, MINFIN, BODIVA, CMC, BDA, INSS , Commercial Banking, Pension Funds, ARSEG, Insurance Agency, ANPG, MIREMPET and service providers in the oil sector.
The plenary sessions of this prestigious forum will focus on trends in financing and integration of the O&G industry into the financial sector, the importance of insurance in O&G, the presentation of specific products and services from Banking and other financial institutions for the oil sector in order to expand the awareness of potential investors and other stakeholders about new projects and business opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry.
