We’re thrilled to share that EATS Metering Systems has successfully completed the maintenance of valves and actuators at SOMG Beach Valve Station in Soyo, Angola. This achievement was made possible through the collaborative efforts of our dedicated team and the invaluable support of our partners, ROTORK and STARO.
The scope of the task included comprehensive annual inspections, stroke testing, and partial stroke testing of state-of-the-art Rotork fluid power Electro-Hydraulic actuators and valves. Additionally, our team conducted meticulous inspections of manual isolating ball valves, double block and bleed valves, and gate valves.
These critical valves play a pivotal role in the High-Pressure Natural Gas Pipelines originating from various offshore blocks of Angola and supplying gas to the Angola LNG Plant. Ensuring their optimal performance and reliability is paramount to the smooth operations of offshore Oil and Gas sites and Angola LNG Plant.
