Mission Accomplished: Precision Calibration
We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of the annual calibration of the Olombendo offloading metering system at FPSO Armada Olombendo in Block 15/06 Angola. Our dedicated team, in collaboration with our esteemed partners ODS Metering Systems B.V., meticulously executed this very important task.
Ensuring Accuracy
The Armada Olombendo FPSO’s custody transfer metering system, comprising five lines equipped with state-of-the-art turbine flow meters and auxiliary equipment, underwent rigorous inspection, verification, and calibration. These efforts were crucial for ensuring precise and reliable custody transfer flow measurement during crude oil export, thereby enhancing fiscal measurement accuracy and operational efficiency.
Enhancing Custody transfer measurement Efficiency
Our activities included meticulous verification and calibration of temperature elements, pressure and temperature transmitters, and all signal inputs across the Custody Transfer Metering system. Issues identified during previous inspections were promptly addressed, further enhancing the efficiency and compliance of the metering system.
ISO/IEC 17025 Recognition
We’re proud to report the successful completion of this mission, with ISO/IEC 17025-certified verification and calibration certificates issued for all field equipment by our partner ODS Metering Systems B.V.
