Mission Highlights:
- Overcame communication challenges with the CALDON LEFM 240Ci Ultrasonic Flow Meter.
- Optimized OMNI 6000 flow computer settings in line with ANPG’s standards using OMNICOM® companion software.
- Adjusted OMNI flow computer input channels for peak performance.
Identified and recommended replacements for critical components to ensure ongoing reliability.
Technical Achievements:
- Achieved precise calibration of OMNI 6000 flow computer analog input channels.
- Successfully troubleshooted communication challenges with the CALDON LEFM 240Ci Ultrasonic Flow Meter.
- Developed strategic recommendations for upgrading ultrasonic flowmeters and ensuring the availability of critical spares to minimize downtime.
