E.A.T.S is a fully qualified company dedicated to serving the Angolan industry with excellence in quality and with the maximum local content.
Our service offering is ensured by Angolan service engineers who provide field maintenance, commissioning and start-up services to the products supplied by our partners. We have many years of experience and our references of field services include complex measurement systems installed at the Angola LNG plant, FPSO’s CLOV, Olombendo, Kaombo Norte e Sul, N’Goma, Mondo, South Nemba and Mafumeira Sul platforms, as well as as unique instrumentation products, such as those installed in the Kifangondo water treatment plant, in the water supply network of the city of Huambo and also in several breweries. To that end and in order to better serve our customers, E.A.T.S offers comprehensive service agreements, the key elements of which are remote assistance and rapid, guaranteed mobilization within a mutually agreed time frame, typically within 48 hours or less.
Our technicians are trained annually in several disciplines, in order to always keep their knowledge up to date and to consolidate their technical skills.
Preparation to FAT
Our engineers follow the factory activities preparation before and then the FAT (Factory Aceptance Test).
This is a process that evaluates the equipment functionality during and after the assembly process by verifying that it is built and operating in accordance with design specifications. FAT ensures that the components and controls are working properly according to the functionality of the equipment itself.
This represents an extra guarantee of the knowledge of the equipment and consequently the level of service we can give to our client for the specific equipment.
Site installation supervision,
commissioning and start-up
We offer to our client onsite Installation Supervision, Commissioning and Start-up services for on-shore and offshore metering systems.
These activities are developed with the support on-site of a dedicated engineer from the manufactuer together with our service engineer.
We guarantee the assurance of a smooth and continuous operations in the field.
The aim of this activity is to verify, at the customer’s test facilities after the equipment is delivered to the site, that the system is working according to requirements established by the project.
Our team can provide training activities for the clients personnel to guarantee the correct operation and maintenance of the fiscal metering systems.
All the training are provided by a dedicated and qualified instructor familiar with the project. Also training of the basic principles of metering systems can be organized
This service includes all the client needs after the purchase of an equipment.
This includes spare parts service, contract service and technical assistance.
We guarantee that our client has the correct spares parts he needs for its operation in a proper time.
Being the local contact for our partners, we guarantee a smooth communication to solve easily each problem
Preventive maintenance is the key to guarantee a long life and a funcinality above the standards of an equipment.
Our service team with the support of the manufactures can guarantee the best preventive maintenance program according to the supplier reccomandation to have equipment always working at full efficiency and with the best accuracy possible.
Our team in collaboration with the partners team can intevien when a problem is detected during another workorder and do the best to solve the problem.
When an issue is raised by the client, our team try a systematic approach to problem solving to find and correct the issue causing the problem.
The first step in troubleshooting is gathering information on the issue, such as an undesired behavior or a lack of expected functionality.
